Distinction

Cellular respiration is NOT breathing

Cellular respiration is the process inside your cells that converts glucose into ATP, the energy your body uses. It is NOT breathing. The equation: C₆H₁₂O₆ + 6O₂ → 6CO₂ + 6H₂O + ATP — the photosynthesis equation reversed. Breathing just supplies the O₂ that respiration uses.

Common questions

A few things families ask.

Is this just flashcards? Could I use something free?: Flashcards are the format, and free tools offer them too. The difference is who does the planning. MemClick builds cards from the course your child is taking, decides when each one returns, and shows you how topics are progressing. Nobody in your family needs to make a deck or manage a schedule.
Is this tutoring or homework help?: Neither. Tutoring and homework help usually focus on tonight’s assignment. MemClick gives short daily recall practice on ideas your child has already been taught. It will not do an assignment or try to replace the teacher’s lesson.
Is my child talking to an AI?: No. There is no chatbot anywhere in MemClick, and nothing your child sees is generated on the spot. Cards are written with the help of AI, then reviewed for age-appropriate, school-aligned content before they ever reach practice. What reaches your child is reviewed material and four buttons.
Is this more screen time?: A session lasts about ten focused minutes and has a clear end. There is no feed to scroll, no advertising, and no leaderboard. When the last card is done, the app says so.
